Mid-March is almost here and more family events are popping up daily around the Hill Country. I am rounding them up here so if you are staying local, you can easily check out what is going in our area. A hands-on spring break experience exploring math through interactive exhibits, patterns in nature, fractals, probability, and real-world math challenges.

Kids and adults can watch demonstrations and hands-on activities like:

• Chuckwagon cooking
• Corn husk doll making
• Rope making (11 AM–2 PM)
• Pioneer laundry
• Rock masonry
• Trick roper demonstrations
• Country schoolhouse lessons & more
Tomahawk throwing demonstrations will take place Friday and Saturday only.
